Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Prepare the Package
Carefully disassemble your grill or accessory and place it back into its original packaging, ensuring all hardware and instruction manuals are included.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
